My Mission
“My mission is to create an environment for people that is free of dental and financial anxiety. Making people feel safe, seen, and heard while also helping them overcome their financial fears in order to produce a healthy, shining smile.”
Education & Continuing Education
Hannah attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. While this is her first job in the dental field, she is not a stranger to the world of dentistry. Her grandmother was a dental assistant for many years, and she is so excited to follow in her footsteps.
Life & Hobbies
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys being with her friends, family, animals, and loved ones. She is a Florida girl born and raised, so she loves going to the beach and being outdoors, especially in the water.
Contradictory to that, she also loves having cozy movie nights in and would much prefer that to going out. She is a huge coffee lover, and her new hobby is being everyone’s personal barista with her espresso machine.

Lesdia Rodriguez is a graduate of the University of Medical Sciences of Havana (Cuba), Faculty of Dentistry Raul Gonzalez Sanchez. She has 5 years of experience in the dental industry. She is a certified and registered dental hygienist.
Life & Hobbies
Lesdia is a demanding and professional person with her work, very familiar, a lover of sports, and a healthy life. She enjoys cooking, going for walks, watching television, and drinking coffee

“My mission at Grand Cypress is to provide the best patient care that I can and always make sure everybody feels welcome. I want patients to know that I am passionate about my work and helping them get the best care possible.”
Life & Hobbies
Markea was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Florida Career College in November of 2023. She is 22 years old and has three dogs. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading books, shopping, swimming, and listening to Al Green.

Melisa Torres graduated as a General Dentist from Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, in Lima - Peru. Additionally, she did two diplomates, one in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and Pediatric Dentistry. She also completed an additional course as an Expanded Functions and Nitrous Oxide-Oxygen Analgesia.
Life & Hobbies
In her free time, Melisa enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to cook, read, and workout.

“It is my mission to prepare and organize everything on my side to provide exceptional flow in the treatment room for the doctor and the patient, and at the same time offer quality care to help the patients with their doubts and questions, have respect, compassion, and provide a pleasant experience in our office.”

Sonia Martinez attended Fortis College in Jacksonville, Florida (2016) to become a dental assistant.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Panama. R. Panama and a master’s degree in human resources from Panama R. Panama.
She is bilingual in Spanish and English and worked at Greenberg Dental Orthodontics for 8 years with experience in prosthodontics and general dentistry.

Sonia is originally from Colombia and loves dancing to all kinds of music. She also likes traveling, making new friends, and spending quality time with her two beautiful children and husband.

I strive to be an integral part of our patients' journey toward optimal oral health and a confident beautiful smile through the use of my integrity, empathy, and a passion for dental excellence!”

Raeya Whaley graduated from Advance Career Training in 2006. The majority of her professional career was spent in Endodontics with a short stint in Oral Surgery, and now she is bringing her knowledge to general dentistry and growing her dental expertise.
Life & Hobbies
In her leisure time, Raeya enjoys fostering meaningful connections with her family, embarking on culinary adventures with her Spouse, and finding solace in a good book while cuddling with her beloved pets. Additionally, she engages in collaborative storytelling through Dungeons and Dragons with friends and channels her creativity into various crafting pursuits.
